Expert Producer with a unique twist.

Who do you know that pivots fast, thinks virtual meetings are still fun, and loves working on airplanes? (Hint: it’s me!)

Liaising between creatives and clients and comfortably discussing all aspects of a project (including money) comes naturally to me.
I’m the production unicorn you’re looking for.

Estimate Creation

Bring me in at the early phases of the project, to help you establish a working budget and provide an accurate estimate. I can also negotiate the proposed budget with the client on your behalf.

Do you have a tricky project? Or maybe your plate is full, and you need someone to figure out the nuts and bolts of that RFP. With a broad depth of experience in estimating commercial photography projects, with budgets that run the gamut from non-existent to certifiably large, I can help you put accurate* numbers to your upcoming project.

Bonus: If you land the job that we estimated, and hire me as the producer, I’ll give you a credit for the initial three-hour fee.

*Accurate as the RFP, client, and project will allow. We’ve all been asked for a ‘ballpark’ estimate before based on partial or sometimes flat-out incorrect information. Yikes.

Cost: $425.00 for up to 3 hours

Stay behind the camera; I’ll handle the rest!

Pre-Production

Once you land the job, I set you up for a smooth and seamless shoot. From hiring the crew to sending out deal memos, negotiating with the talent agents to coordinating payroll — I work out all the details and set you up for success.

Post-Production

Have you booked projects back-to-back? Nice job! I can coordinate with the clients on editing, keep an eagle eye on the retoucher, and make sure the finals are delivered on-time.

Production

I’m a production choreographer! I’ll handle the call sheets, lunch orders, coordinating with the location scout, and managing the PA. I’m the stopwatch, the second set of ears, and I’ll be your bad cop if needed. You get to play the good cop, I promise!

Project Wrap

I’m speedy about wrapping a project. Chasing down crew and vendors for their invoices, making sure that your billing is correct and orderly, I do the hard work to position you to do your final invoicing and get paid!

I know I’ve done good work by referrals and repeat business. My goal is to build a working relationship that becomes stronger with each production. I want you to be so happy that you come back to me again and again. The big prize is always the next gig.

My Clients Say It Best

“I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Therese over the past 2+ years. She has helped me navigate the typical challenges of producing agency photo and video shoots (budget constraints, talent curveballs, client expectations, etc.) and navigate radical, unforeseen obstacles (like a pandemic, devastating wildfires, resulting in diminishing budgets, etc.). Throughout all of it, Therese has been a consummate pro. She has an unrelenting desire to make her clients happy and make the work the best it can be.”

— Cristina Dunseth, Production Director, Grady Britton

“Therese is an amazing producer. Our video projects had high volume content with extremely short schedules. She always seemed to have creative answers to problems that kept crew, agency, clients and models on track day after day. And the best part...she did it with humor! I look forward to working with her again sometime soon!”

— Merrie Lorang, Strategic Integrated Marketing

“I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with Therese on multiple photoshoots and I am consistently thrilled to work with her. She is always very well organized, professional and an overall joy to speak with. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail in all aspects of her work, particularly when it comes to budgeting and scheduling. She’s a fantastic producer and an even better human…”
